A Neapolitan pizza maker will let you discover the recipe of one of the most famous and popular food in the world and will show you the secrets to prepare the real pizza you will eat at the end of your first lesson. A course that will involve you completely from the preparation of the equipment to the ingredients, to the double leavening up to the preparation of the dough and to its filling with typical products.
Finally, the most awaited moment, the cooking of your own pizza: bake, turn, churn and taste!
The lesson starts at 10:30 am and ends at 1:30 pm with the tasting.
Included: Pizza class with a neapolitan pizza maker, welcome Prosecco, a mignon fry for 2 people which includes crocchè, arancini, mozzarelline, polenta scagliozzi, tastings of various daily products (bufala, ricotta, fior di latte, provola), a pizza of your choice, a drink of your choice or non-alcoholic, dessert babà typical of tradition.
