With the assistance of a Master Cheesemaker, participants will have the opportunity to create their own cheeses, followed by a delicious tasting of cheese specialities accompanied by local wines. The Experience is an authentic celebration of tradition, passion and flavour, offering an unforgettable journey into the heart of cheese production in Vico Equense.
The Experience is divided into 3 phases:
- Visit to the dairy with explanation of the production processes
- Demonstration of Mozzarella spinning with a show by the Master Cheese Maker + "Mani in Pasta" (guests will make their own braids, morsels and much more)
- Tasting with :
